Appropriately named, “The Big Buddy”, the Mr. Heater Big Buddy MH18B camping tent heater is the biggest brother in the Mr Heater tent heater series. It offers a scorching 18,000 BTU on its highest setting which will heat up to 400 Sq. Ft. Its lowest setting is equivalent to the standard Buddy at 4,000 BTU. It features all the unique safety features as the other Buddy tent heaters but also has a built-in blower fan to help distribute all that heat.

The Coleman Sportcat InstaStart tent heater is the same as the standard Sportcat model, but with the added “InstaStart” feature that gives you convenient “match-less” starting with the simple push of a button. As with all the current Coleman tent heater models, both Sportcat models are propane-powered catalytic style tent heaters that offer safe, flameless heating for enclosed spaces. A camping tent heater can greatly improve the camping experience for the camper that really just doesn't like to be cold. Those fall mornings that can be so cold that they make a person miserable when camping can be made so much better when you wake up to the heat given off from a camping tent heater.The camping tent heater got its start as a primitive container holding hot coals to keep the inside of a camping tent warm which were usually completely cold by morning so they weren't much help in the long run.
